Episode 30: Virtual Racing, with Salem Stanley

Have you ever ran in a virtual race? This event design allows all athletes to compete in their own backyard, on their own time, yet still compete against others. When I first heard about this I thought, “who in the world would do this?”, but the more I see it the more I think it’s actually a pretty cool option. A friend of mine is a single mom with 5 kids, and for her it’s a much more convenient option that not only saves travel and expenses, but allows her to race on her treadmill while the kids are sleeping.
