I had a small issue with the bladder leaking, no questions asked the team got on it and sent me a new bladder and hose. The pack is extremely comfortable and adjustable. There is ample room to carry all the equipment and fuel I need for a day out on the trail.

I love this pack. I’ve run in the streets, hiked in the mountains I use it everyday.
Good fit no slouching, easy to adjust the side straps too.
I haven’t figured out how to keep the softflasks from flopping up and out of the pocket as they get emptied. Any suggestions i have tried tightening the opening but not enough draw cord Probably me

I used this pack in a 10-Hour Orienteering Race this past weekend. It was the perfect size for what I needed. I filled up the 2L bladder with water and had a 16 oz Nalgene with electrolytes inside the pack. It had plenty of space for my sunscreen, snacks, and lunch with room to spare. It stayed snug all day and didn't require and re-adjusting even with lots of bushwhacking and scrambling. I did noticed that when the bladder was full it felt like it was pulling down on the pack a bit but not in anyway uncomfortably. I will continue to use this pack in my orienteering and adventures races.
