• The chamois is legitimately perfect: cushy enough for a 4–6 hour ride, yet so low-profile you forget it’s there the second you start running. No awkward waddle out of T2.
• The side pockets are big and actually useful – roomy enough for a few gels each or a big phone without bouncing or falling out, even on a hard run.
• The grippers actually grip without cutting off circulation.
• They fit comfortably – compressive but not painted-on, and the drawstring waistband doesn’t roll or pinch no matter how much race-day bloating you have.
