Endurance Pack V3.0: Ideal for running, triathlon, mountain bike and gravel biking

The Endurance Pack is positioned well to hold my phone without reaching into my jersey to retrieve it. I am also finding the pockets to keep your car keys very helpful. So far, I have only filled it up to the 1-liter line with water; however, it fits very well on the upper back.

This is my 2nd Orange Mud pack. I bought my first one 10 years ago and it still performing very well. This pack is designed to fit those of us without a "runners body". I do a lot of speed hiking and this pack can easily keep me self supported for up to 12 miles in Alabama heat.

Love this pack for long, endurance XC MTB rides. Everything you need, nothing you don't. Fit is excellent.

This pack is perfect for MTB as it rides higher on the shoulders than most hydration packs I've used (Osprey) and has a lot of adjustability for the perfect fit. I am broad-chested and have no probs with the adjustments. The 2L bladder seems adequate in volume and durability, but time will tell. I do wish that there was a clip or magnet to hold the mouthpiece like my Osprey does. I'd only take a quarter star off for this if I could as this is a very minor inconvenience. The storage on the front and top of shoulder straps is super useful and actually holds a lot more than it appears. This is now my go-to for hiking and MTB over my Osprey bladder pack or my hip pack that only holds a single cycling water bottle.

I'm 71 years old and 3 years post total hip replacement. Since about the age of 10, maybe 5, when I soloed the City of Westminster city water tower, I have pursued things adventurous and athletic. Fifty some years ago, I set the all time record for monkey bars in the Army. I have rock climbed, a lot! - soloing The Steck Salathe on the Sentinel, among many, many other routes. I've done close to about 100 adventure races of one sort or another including 34 expedition races; long races - multisport, on foot, on bike, on horse, and in a kayak where in one notable race my son and I hold the record.

I've used lots of gear, all kinds of gear. This little pack, this running vest is just about the most well thought out, well designed, and well made piece of gear I've ever used.

It is perfect for me. It fills the niche between short runs where I might run with nothing and longer runs where I need a bigger pack or resupply.

This running vest, along with my kettlebells, mountain bike, and kayak are central to the next phase of my fitness journey.
