Perfect for mid-length runs. It holds just enough fluid and isn’t too heavy. Plus there are pockets for gels and a key fob as well as a spot to stash your phone.
It even has an elastic tie-down cord if you need to peel off a layer of clothes .
I love the handle of this water bottle - it’s a nice wide strap that’s adjustable and is so secure. The pockets are amazing and can hold so much! A+!
I've only used this a few times, so I can't contribute too much, but here are my immediate thoughts:
* Clearly ideal for travel, both flask and holder can pack flat
* Flask interchangeable with other Orange Mud products (eg the front pouch on my quiver)
* iPhone14 has tight fit into holder's pocket, but can make it
* Very well designed, quite comfortable to hold

Love it. No complaints. Perfect fit. Gets a little warm in the hand, but that’s it be expected.
This is my third OM soft flask, so clearly I'm a fan. It lasts for a year or two, and then the spine starts to wear through the covering for me. Otherwise, I'd give it 5 stars instead of 4. OM has the design dialed in, though. This is the best such handheld that I've found on the market, and I use it several times/week and daily in the hot AL summers.
