Solid Pack

This is a solid pack that works well for my longer bicycling adventures, it rides well and the front pockets are reasonable to get into while riding. Looks like it will last, the hydration pocket and bladder attachment are easy to use. Personally I would prefer a little more internal, bike tool organization, sleeves and pockets instead of dumping everything in, in a pile. The loop to hang the pack seems a little light but I haven't had any issues so far.

Thanks for creating a nice, light, high riding pack (Cycling jersey pockets are accessible).

Perfect pack!

I love this pack! I just used it for a 50k in the Sangre de Cristo Mountains here in CO. I have tried other packs and was always bothered by how it fit on my chest and how much the water bladder bounced. I never felt as though the other packs fit well and I always had hot spots on my back. This pack fits very snug and the bladder does not feel like it is bouncing. The chest straps in the front can be adjusted up/down which makes a huge difference in fit. I was able to fit extra clothing in the big pouch without feeling like I was weighted down. Again, no bounce which can be extremely bothersome when running for long distances or on uneven terrain. The multiple pockets in the front are easy to access and close up tight. It cleans nicely and doesn't seem to hold the sweaty smell. I love OM and always am glad when fellow runners ask about my pack!

My go to pack!

This is the best pack I've used. It is a functional and comfortable. It holds a surprising amount of gear on long rides. I use the 100oz bladder and fill it to 70oz, which, if you remove the extra air, provides plenty of water without feeling like you are carrying a balloon on your back. The strap pockets are also a great detail. I've used those to carry maps/q-sheets, nutrition, sunscreen, etc. I have also used the strap pockets to carry the Orange Mud 20 oz. soft flasks on longer adventures without guaranteed water stops. My must have items for every race day are this pack and Orange Mud's modular gym bag, trans wrap and drop bags.
