Love this pack

Owned it for over 3 years and it still remains my favorite. Easy access shoulder pockets. Adjustable water bottle height. Wear it all year including sweaty summer runs in a tank top with no chafing. Throw it in my dishwasher (top rack) to clean and remove salt stains. Love this!!!

Conquer the heat and humidity in Florida!

I am a new runner and this is my first attempt at summer running. I have been bravely venturing out sans hydration on longer and longer runs. I needed something and I knew that a waist pack was going to annoy the living stew out of me. I needed something different. Enter a google search and the Orange Mud pack. I liked the idea of something on my upper shoulders and not sloshing around my waist. I just completed my first run with the pack. It was 81 degrees with a “feels like” temperature of 90. I was able to do over 5 miles thanks to having hydration. I love this pack. I have a place for my keys and phone (in an otterbox) and it is easy to get to the water even while running. And let me tell you that I am not the most coordinated person and I was still able to get the water in and out without issue. Thank you Orange Mud! I will be telling everyone about your product.

Exactly what I wanted

This is my 2nd Orange Mud pack. I already like the GearQuiver so this one was a no-brainer. Fits great, came with a water bottle and holds perfectly. Even when trying to get the water bottle to fall out I couldn't do it. As with the GearQuiver, I wish the shoulder pockets were just a bit larger to fit my Pixel 3 phone, but it's not a huge hardship. Highly recommend Orange Mud products - they are BUILT!

Best hydration pack ever - hands down!

I’m am completely sold on this product. I purchased one and loved it so much that I bought another for a good friend of mine and am about to purchase one for my hubby. I live and run in Singapore and it is hot and humid here EVERY.SINGLE.DAY of the year. Before our Circuit Breaker (COVID shutdown) began, I usually depended on the water fountains around the Marina Bay Area. Those were turned off about 2 weeks into the shutdown, so I needed something else. I was using a handheld Nathan bottle that is okay, but it only holds 17oz and the strap really irritates my knuckles. Plus, it gets warm very quickly - even if I start with a frozen bottle. I ordered the HydraQuiver and have so far used it for two half marathon distances and several shorter efforts. No chafing, no bouncing or moving around, ample storage, the bottle is easily accessible and stays cold. The night before my morning run, I fill with hydration, and place in freezer without the lid. In the morning, I take it out, put on the lid and the liquid easily stays cold for over an hour and even longer if I’m not in direct sun. I am so thankful to have found this product - best hydration setup I have ever used!!

Self Supported Marathon

I used the HydraQuiver Single Barrel and the handheld bottle system for a completely self supported solo marathon. Funny part is I passed another runner and he said, "looks like you are in for a long haul." The HydraQuiver held my phone in the rear for safety and I put a gu pack in each pouch on the shoulder. Other training runs my phone also fits in the shoulder pouch for quick access if need be. It does take about 2-3 runs though to have the straps form under your armpits so don't get discurage on the feel before you break it in. I do love the forethought of the loop on the top inside to hang it up to dry. I'm 6ft and 150 lbs normally wearing a medium shirt with large shoulders. With the bottle full you do notice it but once your bottle is half full it's like its not even there anymore. Definitely my new go-to and no longer need to prestage fluids on my long runs.
