The backpack I bought from you guys allows up to 3.5 liters of water on the run: 2 l in the bladder, and 1.5 l in two 0.75 bottles, although I usually train with two 0.5 bottles. The front pockets allow, thus, 0.75 bottles and probably even a little more. So plenty of water on the run.

It fist greatly my phone - I am fan of small screen smartphones, so my SE fits perfectly in one of the shoulder pockets. Yet, no matter how I fit the vest, it provokes a small achy point on my shoulder. The other shoulder, where I have the car key or smaller hard items, does not create any trouble at all. So I guess it's because of the joint effect of the combination between human body physiology, the phone's rigid surface and pocket's position.
